This enclave is a unique within the city, with an executive council that oversees the private roads and parks within the neighbourhood, ensuring residents with privacy and exclusivity.

The popular Wychwood Barns is a favourite spot for both locals and visitors alike, providing a community gathering spot. The Barns were revitalized by the non-profit development organization called ‘Artspace’, transforming the space into a creative arts hub tenanted by many cultural associations and visual arts projects. Furthermore, the Barns is surrounded by a city park that offers a park, off-leash dog area, pathways, and beautiful greenery.

The site also hosts the ‘Green Barn Farmers Market’ which features multiple vendors selling home-grown and organic foods. During the summer, the market is enjoyed outside, and during the winter the market moves inside Wychwood Barns premises.
