Home to the world-famous University of Toronto St. George Campus, the centrally located neighbourhood of University is bounded by Bloor Street West to the north, College Street to the south, University Avenue/Queens Park to the east, and Bathurst Street to the west.

This highly populated neighbourhood is home to a large number of university and college students renting many of the multi-unit houses, condominiums, and apartment dwellings. Many young professionals also live within University due to its close proximity to the downtown core.
