Lawrence Park South

Lawrence Park South, located in North Toronto, is an established, safe family community, conveniently located on the Toronto Transit subway line. It is bounded by Lawrence Avenue to the north, cutting across Blythwood Road, Briar Hill Avenue, and Eglinton Avenue. Considered one of Toronto’s exclusive residential neighbourhoods, Lawrence Park South is perfect for many older couples, as well as middle-aged families who enjoy leisurely and tranquil lifestyles.

Originally planned as a garden suburb of Toronto, Lawrence Park South began to grow during the 20th century with many Georgian and Colonial style houses, especially in areas such as Lytton Park. It has become one of Toronto’s wealthiest neighbourhoods, while preserving its character that includes an abundance of rolling hills, winding roads, lush topography, and ravines such as Chatsworth Ravine.

With many neighbourhood parks and access to Toronto’s ravine trail system, Lawrence Village is the perfect place in which to live, work and explore. The Village is home to some of the best public and private schools in Toronto and features some of the city’s finest restaurants, cafes, children’s stores, bakeries, golf clubs, unique retail stores and services.
