North Riverdale

As a historic neighbourhood joining the city in 1884, North Riverdale offers itself as a gateway to Toronto’s large and diverse east-end. Bounded by Danforth Avenue, Pape Avenue, Gerrard Street East, and the Don River, North Riverdale is a vibrant community full of tons of local shopping, popular dining, and pristine residential neighbourhoods which include a multitude of Victorian houses and beautiful parks. North Riverdale is conveniently located close to the Downtown core, which makes it popular for young professionals and families.

Along the Danforth is the popular Greektown that boasts a wonderful Greek culture, cuisine, and well-known Taste of Danforth that draws in crowds each year. Several T.T.C. subway stations on Line Two are also alongside this route. Gerrard Street East further homes East Toronto Chinatown.
